I have a Toshiba laptop and I wonder they have Microsoft Publisher? If you know, please right me back!

I really want to get Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007 CD so that I can do my school projects and reports on this subject. But I wonder if I installed it on my computer, it is possible to use the same CD to install on my laptop or a laptop from my sister when she goes to college soon?

Can I synch it with MS Outlook to get all my contacts from there into it’s phonebook? I know it comes with blackberry software, but before I buy one I would like to find out. Thanks!
